"Was in Target one day with my 3 and 4 year old daughters mere seconds from a hairpulling, face pinching fight when we passed the shampoo aisle and there it was...Hydralicious Shampoo and Conditioner Combo Pack in all it's Purple glory. Did I forget to mention that Purple is my oldest daughter, Madelon's, favorite color? It was a divine intervention, I swear. God knew I couldn't take one more whine and he intervened. Madelon started jumping up and down and wildly pointing. i knew that gleam in her eye and for $5 I didn't care if it was a tube of denture cream or hemmorhoid pads, I was buying it just to keep her and eventually myself from losing it. She insisted on holding the bottles in the car and after a few minutes blessedly fell alseep cradling her new purplicious find in her arms. Needless to say, when I got home I put my daughter to bed and put these bottles on a crowded shelf, relegating them to a place behind the stash of our usual toiletry brands where they remained closeted away until today. I have been busy running around like a crazy person driving my girls from preschool to ballet to the doctor's office...lalala...I haven't had the time to notice that my usually full toiletry stash has dwindled down to two pathetically purple bottles of shampoo and conditioner. Yup, I had no other choice but to use the Hydralicious tonight. Already forming a plan in my head to stop by Target in the morning to buy my normal Pantene, I couldn't believe how nice the shampoo felt as I mindlessly lathered my hair. The conditioner was even better. My normally dryhair was feeling instantly better. I didn't even have to brush my hair to get the tangles out, they just magically disappeared as I ran my fingers through to rinse out the conditioner. Now, I don't know about your commercials with 20 year olds achieving 'instant gratification' but I have to admit that being 34 and in my sensual prime, I was pretty darn close!"
