"This is one of my fav. hair care products of all time. However, I have not been able to find it in stores in my area in months. It's the only thing I have found that will make my long hair soft and sleek, not flippy and stringy! I'm getting my hair choppped off tomorrow......:( can't take it any more. Has anyone else experenced this or is it just me, in Chattanooga, TN?"

"I have used herbal essences for forever. This is by farrr the best product they have ever made. I can't live without it. I recently bought some and the smell is amazing. I would recommend using it only on wet hair though. It makes your fair feel and smell uh-may-zingg:) If you have any doubts about this product. FORGET THEM. It is definitely worth it. It leaves your hair as smooth as silk, and actually makes split ends disappear."

"I loved this stuff. It lasted me over two years and i needed only a little bit after my shower. It smelled good, detangled, and I did not have a single split end during the time i used it, and also cut down on the heat styling, because i was trying to grow out my hair. It worked awesome, but now i cannot find the stuff in any of the stores around here! Only online and of course the shipping is crazy for this little bottle, but sadly, since i have stopped using it, my hair has been getting split ends and i cannot find anything that compares to this. If you can find it grab it! Its inexpensive and works great!"

"I heard that this lotion was good for split ends, and I have a lot of those, so I decided to use this. This was great, and after a month a lot of my split ends were gone, so I would definently reccomend this. Also the raspberry fragrance smelled so good! I got a lot of compliments! Im really glad I switched to herbal essences, because those other brands just didnt cut it for me."

"I absolutely love this product! I have been using it for several years now and I just recently ran out of it and I actually can't find it in the stores:( It REALLY helped my hair when I was using it. My hair was always soft and smelt very pretty. I have been pretty sad without it but I keep looking! My hair is natually very thick and some what coarse and while using this product it was always a GOOD thick and VERY smooth. I would recommend this to ANYONE! I actually had it recommended to me buy a friend who has extremely frizzy hair and her hair was just not fun to touch. when she started using this she was always touching her hair and asking all of her friends to feel it, as well. I strongly suggest that if you want softer, healthy hair to buy this product because it is the BEST!"

"I have extremely long, thick, but fine textured hair, so its hard to find a shampoo that cleans and a conditioner that moisturizes without making my hair feel greasy or oily. I used to use a Redkin Shampoo and Conditioner for long hair but that was discontinued over 4 years ago. For years, I would try one shampoo and conditioner after another, even paying for different kinds of Redkin that were supposed to take the place of the one for Long Hair. And I never found one that I liked until a couple of years ago.
I saw that Herbal Essence had revamped their products and offered a shampoo and conditioner for long hair. I was skeptical, but was willing to try anything. So I bought it, and I have bought anything but Herbal essence since.
And I am not one for using a lot of styling products on my hair. But with my hair type, it gets tangled easily. When discussing this with my hair dresser, she recommended a leave in conditioner. I remembered that Herbal Essence made one that matched the shampoo and conditioner I already used, so I tried it. And I love it! Even with my long, thick hair, a single pump works through my hair and makes it silky and soft and helps control the tangles. I do recommend using a comb to help evenly distribute the product.
Asfar as the smell, I like it. I do not like the smell of a lot of styling products, but since this doesn't smell like that, its ok. But I do wish it smelled a little more girly."

"i used to use garnier fructis leave in conditioner a year back and when i ran out my mom grabbed long term relationship because they didnt have anymore of my fave garnier product but im glad she grabbed this one... because of this product i've been doing the "herbal" ever since! it smells great and helps de-frizz your hair for most of the day and it helps keep my split ends under control, now this doesn't just get rid of them but it helps a lot
now if you dont evenly distribute this through your hair properly then some of your hair will be sticky and oily thats the only downfall but other than that its the best plus it always leaves your hair looking, smelling, and feeling its best"

"... and hello, strong hair! I have pretty long, straight, and thick hair. I like to use this to protect my hair from heat, so if I ever use a straightening iron or a curling iron, I know it won't damage my hair. Smells pretty good, but not the best. It is worth the protected hair, though."

"this product is fantastic! with my fine, half wavy half straight hair it's impossible to style without heat & impossible to use heat without guaranteed split ends. this is the best product i have ever used. it prevented almost all split end damage even with daily straightening with flat iron or hair dryer and didn't weigh down my hair when used on ends only & combed throught remaining length.
too bad they don't sell it in my area anymore. one day it was on every shelf in town, the next day i could only find the shampoo/conditioner. no leave in. what gives?! very disappointed with Herbal Essence for that :-("

"This is a great product- if you use it the right way. i do not recommend putting this on dry hair, it makes it oily and weighted down. on damp hair it makes your hair softer and cuts down on frizz. just before you dry your hair, put the product on the bottom half of your hair."

"I have long hair, and I don't mean it hits at my shoulders, I mean down to my butt. I have about roughly 3 feet of long dark brown hair. That length of hair requires a hard core shampoo and conditioner. I started my quest for hair product perfection while I was still in high school many years ago. I eventually found Long Term Relationship shampoo and conditioner, but something was missing, and then one day, I saw it. The leave-in! Just a little dab on my poor fried ends and like magic, they looked wonderful. Now I can't go without the leave-in. If I was stranded on a deserted island, I would have to have this leave-in. (because what's the point of island living if you don't have great hair)"

"i use this as a leave in for my hair.i used to use garnier sleek and shine one.it worked good but i like this better!i didn't have to use as much and my hair smelled insanely great.i looove rasberries!this is also great if your one those people that straighten your hair pretty much everyday.this works well wet dry and damp!also if you wear your hair curly it will make the smoother.the only thing i don't like is it took me five stores to find this and it should be in a bigger bottle but other then that its a miracle in a bottle!"

"I love this product it has been amazing! Let me give u a quick background story.
In 8th grade I made the horrible mistake of cutting my hair just above my shoulders (which was not a good look) ever since then I’d been trying to grow my hair back to its mid-back length. However since I straighten it and had to put up for sports they would always have to take like 3-4 inches of dead ends off making the process very slow.

"I bought this product because I have a slight split-end problem. I am not observant enough to notice if my hair has any less split ends, but the product definitely adds a shinier, healthier look to your hair without making it greasy. I see a lot of girls with split ends, damaged hair, and fly-aways that would really benefit from this product.
I cannot live without it. I must apply it every day. The reason is the smell. The smell stays with you the entire day, and it is so amazing! I can't tell you how many compliments I've gotten, and how many males (this is true, ladies) have told me they absolutely love hugging me because my hair smells so good. That's because of THIS product; even if you don't use the matching shampoo, use this!
A little bit of it is better than a lot, so it's definitely worth the money. You don't need much of it at all. Lather it in your hands before applying, and apply near more the bottom of your hair than at the scalp area. It's so worth it.
Five/Five, for sure! I love this product so much, I came to this site just to review it. Just to share my love for it!
