"My sister had used this and said it made her hair feel great, and for the longest time she didn't have split ends, I was wondering why because she straightened her hair everyday and I usually left mine naturally wavy. I used it ONCE and saw a tremendous difference. It makes your split ends disappear, and it makes your hair REALLY smooth. The scent is amazing too:)"

"There is no doubt that this is a wonderful conditioner. It isn't really heavy or anything. However, I've used it with a different shampoo and can say that the Long Term Relationship set works best when used together. It doesn't get rid of split ends, but it definitely helps prevent them. Once I got my hair cut to get rid of previous split ends, I got so many fewer! It was amazing."

"i love this line.it has a sweet fragrance smell.and im a exremely impressed on how great my hair turned out!when i first use this i left my conditioner in for 1-3 minutes and before i used herbal essences my hair would feel really dry and then when i used this my hair felt supple and silky.so prpfessional feeling too and when i came out of the shower it smelled like shampoo/conditoner!the leave in is also excellent.great if you want hydrated long flowing hair!"

Extreme Hair loss and Greasy Residue

"I love Herbal Essence products and have been using them for over 3 years now. After I was unable to find my normal line at the store I bought this one on a whim. I quickly noticed that I started losing A LOT of hair. I was cleaning my brush every time I used it. At any point I could run my hands through my hair and pull out two sizeable handfuls of hair. I have VERY thick hair but quickly people started to notice it thinning. Once I stopped using it, I stopped losing hair. It also leaves a greasy residue. It's like you never cleaned your hair to begin with. It's a disappointing product. Stick with one of the other lines."

"I have never used a product from Clairol before that I was totally unhappy with- I am over 50 with waist length hair that is fine and thinning- I have used another Herbal Essences shampoo for long hair called Break's Over with great results but this product leaves my hair looking like someone has dumped a bottle of oil on top of my hair. Even when using the conditioner only on the ends of my hair- What is up with that? I've tried to leave this complaint at another location but with no success."

"I have tried alot of shampoos for my hair. I have short, thin dark hair. I used to have problems with grasy hair, so once my shampoo bottle ran out I would change the type and company, so my hair wouldn't become immune to the shampoo. No shampoo has ever left my hair smelling after I was out of the shower. Herbal essences long term relationship, is the best shampoo ever. My hair grows faster, it is stronger, and even thicker. People have commented on the smell of my hair saying how wonderfull it smelt, like raspberries."

"One of the biggest things I look for in a conditioner is how easy my hair is to pick after I get out of the shower. I used to use the cheap $1 Suave conditioners and it was really hard to pick my hair. Plus it would dry out my hair. When I use this, my pick will glide right through my hair. Also, it feels like it puts moisture into my hair. That being said, it's an excellent condition. The smell is probably the best thing about it. Love it!"

"the shampoo was great but this was 2 times better!it helped my hair more than the shampoo did it made my hair smooth shiny frizz and split end free and straightened my hair a bit it also smells romantic and helps get the job done and make my hair a bit longer!!!:) plus it made have a bit volume too..i cant wait to try the split end protector!!!"

"For the past few months, I have been using a store-brand shampoo and conditioner. Recently, I switched to Herbal Essences Long Term Relationship shampoo and conditioner. I am beyond pleased with the results. One big change that I have noticed is that it is very easy to pull a comb through my hair after showering- There are no tangles! Also, my hair has become softer and smoother in just a few days. I definately recommend this product for anyone with long (or short) hair."

"I used my Facebook coupon to purchase the shampoo and the added the conditioner to my basket as well. I am so glad I did. My hair feels remarkably soft and smooth. I am also using the leave in conditioner to help repair the split ends that come with having longer hair. The improvement in my hair has made it possible to put off getting a haircut for a few more weeks (very helpful when you're a substitute teacher and funds are a little tight). Plus it smells wonderful - what more could you want?"

"This conditioner is too good for words and it isn't just for long hair. Let me start off by saying that I am part black with medium hair texture and type 3b curls. So don't get it twisted because anyone can use this product.
From the moment I first used it I was hooked. It smelled delicious and it left my hair feeling incredible! When I use this I wring out all excess water from my hair and slather it on. I put on a shower cap and go about washing my body and shaving my legs in the shower. That way my conditioner has time to penetrate. The first time I rinsed it out I literally giggled to myself because I have never felt my hair so soft! It felt like pure silk!! Not to mention it immediately detangled my hair.
I even use this as a deep conditioner by adding some olive oil to the conditioner and leaving it on my hair for an hour.
This is the BEST conditioner I have ever used. I urge everyone to give it a shot."

"Okay i was shopping with my mother one day at where else "Wally-World", and I'd heard about HE before but thought I couldn't use it on my type of hair. And I've tried a lot of products out there. To start off with my I have combination hair seeing as both of my parents of mix- race . I can have lovely flowing hair one day and who knows what the next day . "I've been using this shampoo and conditioner set for about 2 years and I have long, naturally blonde, slightly wavy to very wavy hair, down to about my waist. I typically don't like to style my hair at all because it takes too much time and effort, this set was perfect for me. I can just wash my hair at night and go to bed with my hair wet and when i wake up in the morning it looks perfectly fine which is good because before using this i used to wake up with super-dry, damaged hair that somewhat resembled a bird's nest. But also on days when I want to style my hair it works just as well, so this set is also great if you're the type of person who styles their hair everyday and is tired of getting split ends and damaged hair from the heat of hair styling tools. My friends obsess over my hair at times, they compliment me telling me things like "your hair smells so good!", "your hair is so long and pretty!", "Your hair is so shiny!", "Your hair is so soft!", or "I wish my hair was like yours!". One friend who moved a year ago constantly smells my hair whenever she sees me because the smell of my hair reminds her of when she lived in Dallas because she would always be able to smell my hair when she was with me. Friends' friends remember me as "the girl with the pretty hair" I'm told if they don't know me well enough to remember my name. I don't even do anything to my hair except wash it with this shampoo and conditioner and brush it some. I've tried other brands but they can't really compare, Long Term Relationship Shampoo and Conditioner is the only thing that truly works for me and my long hair. I recommend this set for everyone with hair like mine, anyone who's trying to grow their hair out long, and anyone who has damaged hair or hair that damages easily, pretty much everyone. I love this stuff!"
